Michaël Dumoulin 
Representative, Post-Secondary Institutions delivering Health-Care Training in French 

On the staff of Collège La Cité since 2003, Michaël Dumoulin has been the Director of the Institut des sciences de la santé et de la vie since 2017. In this capacity, he oversees nine health science programs, an Honours Bachelor’s degree program in biotechnology and three preparation programs. Previously, in addition to holding a variety of positions as professor and program coordinator, Mr. Dumoulin was the Assistant Director of the Institut des sciences de la santé et de la vie from 2014 to 2016. His primary responsibilities included ongoing liaison with health education regulatory and accreditation bodies and ensuring compliance with the accountability and standards integration requirements to which these programs are subject.
 
A native of Montreal, Mr. Dumoulin has a Master’s degree in political science with a specialization in public administration from the Université de Montréal. He is the proud father of a six-year-old girl, Aimée, and a nine-year-old boy, Eliot. He loves hockey, fly-fishing for salmon, golf, cooking, wine, camping and DIY.
